Each location has various outlets throughout the room. You might want to consider bringing an extension cord if you are concerned with battery life.

Yes. You will receive a log in and password to Classmarker.com to take the closed book/closed note exam on your laptop or tablet. Note that we will not have hard copies of the exam. To successfully complete the training, you will need to achieve 80% or better on the final exam.

Yes. You need to be on time and attend the full training and pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher. Please consider commuting and parking time. Arrive early and allow time for check-in and pre-class networking.

No, you will not receive non-elective credit for attending this training because this training does not cover all of the material in the course. This training is designed to introduce instructors to new content, rule changes, and facilitate participant activities in the course. After you have taught the new course, you may submit the instructor credit request form to receive non-elective credit.

It depends. The CE provider must have submitted the non-elective course application and fees AND received their course approval notice from TREC before the instructor can teach the course. In addition to successfully completing the instructor training, the instructor must meet teaching requirements outlined in the TREC rules here.
