2027-2028 Broker Responsibility Instructor Training

TREC LEGAL UPDATE & BROKER RESPONSIBILITY INSTRUCTOR TRAINING Join Us in Austin, TX!

This fall and winter, TREC will be hosting FIVE Broker Responsibility Instructor Training events across Texas for the upcoming 2027-2028 cycle of Broker Responsibility. Training begins promptly at 9:00 am and ends by 3:00 pm with lunch included. Click here for training Dates & Locations or use the link above to see training dates in your area.

Instructor training is required for individuals who intend to teach the new Broker Responsibility Course after January 1, 2027. Instructors who attend this training must pass a final assessment with a score of 80% or higher.

• New and updated course content for the 2027-2028 cycle of the 6-hour non-elective Broker Responsibility course
• Hands-on practice facilitating new activities
• Dynamic, interactive training from fun and informative trainers
• Details for CE providers about submitting non-elective course applications in the REALM Portal.
• And —perhaps best of all—a chance to connect with fellow instructors, education providers, and TREC staff
